Aerobiking is a studio based cycle class designed to burn calories and improve cardiovascular fitness.

Aerobiking (spinning or RPM) is a popular cardiovascular exercise that is designed to suit any fitness level, since it is less intensive compared to other physical exercises. Basically, it involves hill climbs, speed cycling and combinations of low and high resistance.

Aerobiking is a great low impact workout that suits people of all ages.

Aerobiking greatly helps reduce your risk of diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and obesity.

Aerobiking helps keep the signs of ageing at bay that are responsible for wrinkles and fine lines. It also improve sleeping patterns in people with sleeping difficulties.
